I am the Spirit of Yonahlossee

A true Yonahlossian seeks to enter into the mystery and beauty of the mountains,
the sky, the woods, and the wildlife around her.

She knows that this beauty and wealth have been handed down from one generation to another.

A true Yonahlossian learns the ways of the wild folk, knows that few of them are her enemies, but that most of them are her friends,
that the greatest joy is not to kill but to live with them, to learn their secrets, and to match their wits and skills.

A true Yonahlossian would be keen in the eye as a hawk, quiet on foot as a fox, and watchful as a bird. She knows how to cooperate in the cabin,
in the tribe, and in the camp; is a friend to all, for friendship is like everything breathing of kindness and is the key to happiness.
